Raising Youth & Communities (RYC) works through strategic, community-driven partnerships to deliver education, women’s empowerment, and climate resilience programming in Mandera County and Nairobi.
We collaborate with civil society organisations, community-based groups, academic institutions, and private sector partners to strengthen implementation, expand reach, and ensure sustainable impact.

HADAL Therapy provides specialised mental health and psychosocial support services. Through collaboration on child protection and awareness initiatives, including the #NotMyShame campaign, the partnership strengthens community-level prevention of child sexual abuse (CSA) and promotes survivor-centred support systems.
As a member of Elimu Yetu Coalition, RYC supports national advocacy efforts to advance inclusive and equitable quality education for all learners in Kenya. This engagement strengthens our policy alignment and reinforces our evidence-based education programs in Mandera.
TECBO is RYC’s key community implementation partner in Rhamu, Mandera. Together, we deliver women’s economic empowerment initiatives, including entrepreneurship skills development such as yoghurt production training, and support community-led sustainability interventions.
Through collaboration with EBU Luxembourg, RYC expands access to affordable business education and entrepreneurship skills development opportunities for youth and women, strengthening local economic resilience.
In partnership with For the Love of Girls Kenya, RYC distributes reusable sanitary products to school-going girls in Rhamu, reducing menstrual-related absenteeism and improving educational continuity.
RYC supports the #NotMyShame campaign to strengthen community awareness on child sexual abuse prevention and protection mechanisms. This partnership reinforces safeguarding and gender-responsive programming across our initiatives.
